Is a child seat compulsory and how much does it cost?
French law requires a suitable device for any child under 10 (a car seat or booster depending on age and size). A child seat costs 10 €, a booster 5 € (+5 € for a round trip). Tell us the child's age when booking so we bring the right equipment.
How does pick-up work for an unaccompanied minor?
The parent or legal guardian gives the exact pick-up time and place, plus a reachable phone number. The chauffeur arrives with a name sign, confirms the child's identity, and lets you know by text or call at both departure and arrival. No other passenger is carried during this journey.
Can you accompany an elderly passenger to the door?
Yes, the chauffeur can accompany the passenger from home to the vehicle, help load luggage, and do the same on arrival, right up to the door or the platform. Simply mention it when booking.
Does the chauffeur wait if a train or flight is delayed?
Yes, the flight or train is tracked in real time and the pick-up time adjusts automatically at no extra charge — important so a child or an elderly passenger is never left waiting alone in case of a delay.
