Finding a VTC chauffeur or taxi that genuinely accepts pets isn't always easy in Perpignan. With us, your dog or cat travels with you, no argument and no last-minute refusal.
Why it's so complicated elsewhere
Many chauffeurs and taxi firms turn pets away by default, or only accept them if they're locked in a rigid carrier — which effectively rules out large dogs or animals stressed by confinement. Others accept them in theory but make their reluctance obvious once you're there.
We made a clear choice: pets are accepted, on conditions stated upfront with no surprises. You know before you book what's possible and what isn't, and the supplement is fixed once and for all.

What is the supplement for carrying a pet?
10 € per journey, +5 € for a round trip. This supplement covers cleaning the vehicle afterwards. It is quoted before you confirm your booking, like all our fares.
Does the dog need to be in a carrier or on a lead?
For small animals a carrier is recommended but not required if the animal stays calm on a lap or on the floor at the back. For category 1 and 2 dogs, a muzzle and lead are legally required, including in a vehicle. Tell us your pet's size when booking.
Do you accept pets for an airport transfer?
Yes. We take you right to the check-in desk with your pet, allowing time for the specific formalities of travelling with an animal by air.
How many pets can you carry at once?
It depends on the size of the animals and the number of human passengers. Give us the details when you request a quote — we can point you to our van if it's more spacious.
