    Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with the people strictly necessary to carry out your ride (the assigned chauffeur, payment providers).

    Retention periods

    Your data is kept for the following periods:

    • Booking data : 3 years from your last ride
    • Invoicing data : 10 years (statutory accounting obligation)
    • Marketing data : 3 years from the last contact
    • Connection logs : 12 months

    Once these periods expire, your data is deleted or anonymised.

    • Partner chauffeurs — to carry out your ride
    • Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal…) — for secure transaction processing

    Display resources

    Fonts and icons are hosted on our own servers. Displaying them triggers no request to any third party and sets no cookie.

    Third-party services used by the booking form

    Two external services are contacted only when you fill in the booking form. They are not loaded when a page opens: no data is sent to them until you actively start typing.

    • Google Places (Google Ireland Ltd.) — address autocomplete. Activated when you click into an address field. It then receives your input and your IP address. Google privacy policy
    • OSRM (open-source project) — route calculation for the fare estimate. Called once pickup and drop-off addresses are selected. It receives the trip coordinates and your IP address.

    These operations are necessary to deliver the service you request (estimating a ride). If you would rather avoid them, you can book by phone or e-mail.
